I’m a technophile and data enthusiast, passionate about learning and development and how technology can be used to enhance human growth. With 9 years of experience across academia and business, I’ve designed university courses, led executive education programs, and built learning initiatives that help people and organizations grow with confidence.

I believe learning should be practical, accessible, and supported by technology (not replaced by it). Currently, I’m developing a GenAI-powered learning platform that enables flexible, self-directed development. I also work with organizations to upskill their teams, deliver executive training, and guide GenAI adoption in ways that are strategic, effective, and people-focused.

At the core of my work is a commitment to creating learning experiences that connect innovation with personal and organizational development.
